Overview
Amelia’s Reserve is a prepaid dining membership program offered by Amelia’s Restaurant (“Amelia’s,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in Amelia’s Reserve, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Amelia’s Reserve is billed at a rate of $500 per month. Each monthly billing cycle provides $750 in dining credit for use at Amelia’s Restaurant. Dining credit is issued on a monthly basis and is valid only during the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated in writing by Amelia’s.

Use of Dining Credit
Dining credit may be applied toward eligible food and beverage purchases at Amelia’s Restaurant. Dining credit may not be used to purchase gift cards. Dining credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Dining credit is non-transferable and may not be resold or shared outside of the membership unless explicitly authorized by Amelia’s. Any unused dining credit does not roll over to future months.
Minimum Commitment & Cancellation Policy
Enrollment in Amelia’s Reserve requires a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months beginning on the date of signup. Memberships may not be canceled during this initial commitment period. After the minimum three-month commitment has been satisfied, members may cancel their membership at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time or unused dining credit. Membership may be paused only once per calendar year.
Billing & Payments
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance to the payment method on file. By enrolling, you authorize Amelia’s to automatically charge your payment method each billing cycle until the membership is canceled in accordance with these terms. If a payment fails or is declined, Amelia’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership and any associated dining credit.
Refund Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable. Dining credit issued as part of the Amelia’s Reserve program is non-refundable whether used or unused. No refunds will be provided for early termination, missed visits, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.
Membership Integrity & Misuse
Amelia’s Reserve is intended for ongoing participation and not for short-term or single-event use. Amelia’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a membership without refund if the program is misused, including attempts to sign up solely for private events or special occasions, repeated sign-ups and cancellations to exploit program value, or efforts to convert dining credit into cash or gift cards. Amelia’s also reserves the right to deny re-enrollment in such cases.
Program Changes
Amelia’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Amelia’s Reserve program at any time. Material changes to the program or these terms will be communicated to members when reasonably possible. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
