Amelia’s Dining Membership

Overview
The Amelia’s Dining Membership is a monthly subscription that provides members with a designated amount of dining credit each billing cycle. Credits may be redeemed for food and beverages at Amelia’s.
Monthly Dining Credits
Dining credits are issued at the start of each billing month. Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the billing cycle. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Credits apply to eligible food and beverage purchases only.
Billing & Payments
Your membership is billed monthly to the payment method provided at checkout. Billing renews automatically each month unless the membership is canceled. All membership charges are non-refundable, including unused credits.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.
Membership Usage
Membership benefits are intended for personal use by the subscriber. Benefits may not be shared, transferred, or gifted. Amelia’s reserves the right to request identification to verify membership usage. Misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination.
Program Changes
Amelia’s may modify membership pricing, program benefits, or terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any material changes.
Termination
Amelia’s reserves the right to terminate a membership due to misuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions. No refunds will be issued if a membership is terminated under these circumstances.
Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the Amelia’s Dining Membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
